Dr. Williams Own Experiences:

Dr. Williams discovered at a young age that he had many abilities that allowed for him to both dream and sense future events. Dr. Williams has predicted the election of two US presidents and has had many dreams of deaths in the family, sadly to learn they were to come true. Dr. Williams has devoted his life to sharing his wisdom with others who may be either first discovering these abilities or perhaps have had them since childhood and want to better understand and use them.
